Photos can be JPEG, GIF, PNG formats. For best results make sure to use a high resolution (a minimum of 1024 x 768 pixels is recommended). File size needs to be less than 10MB (megabytes), and image size should be less than 2000 pixels in height and width.

Though our photo department has a number of tricks up our sleeve to tweak your photo to make it look its best we cannot create pixels from nothing. If your photo is grainy or very low resolution we will email you to request an alternate.

The most important thing to look for when deciding which photos to use, is that you choose photos you LOVE. The best photos are sharp, focused and have nothing in the way of the precious face.
